These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SŌMA Aesthetics & Longevity Club website (www.somalongevityclub.com) and the services provided at our clinic.
By using our website or booking any treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SŌMA Aesthetics & Longevity Club is operated from Jl. Pantai Padang-Padang, Jl. Pantai Suluban, Pecatu, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia.
1. Our Services
SŌMA Aesthetics & Longevity Club provides medical aesthetics, regenerative therapies, diagnostic testing, and longevity-focused wellness treatments. All medical procedures and treatments are performed by qualified medical professionals or trained technicians under the supervision of our medical team.
Our services are intended for informational and therapeutic purposes and do not replace advice from your primary care physician or specialist. We recommend consulting with your regular healthcare provider before undertaking any medical treatment, particularly if you have pre-existing conditions.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Certain treatments may be provided to individuals aged 16-17 with written parental or guardian consent and accompanying adult presence.
You must provide accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions, prior to receiving any treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused and releases SŌMA from liability for any adverse outcomes.
3. Booking and Appointments

Confirmation: An appointment is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email.
Preparation: Certain treatments and blood tests require specific preparation (such as fasting). Instructions will be provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. If preparation requirements are not met, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling at our discretion.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially for visitors to Bali. We ask that you:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
Currency: All prices displayed on our website and at the clinic are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Tax: All prices are exclusive of the applicable 11% Indonesian government tax (PPN), which will be added to your final bill.
Payment methods: We accept cash (IDR), credit and debit cards,
QRIS, WISE, and PayPal.
Pricing accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure pricing on our website is current and accurate, prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking or consultation applies to your treatment.
Packages and promotions: Promotional offers, discounts, and package pricing are subject to specific terms and availability. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Package treatments are non-transferable and must be used by the person named at the time of purchase.
6. Consultation and Informed Consent
Medical consultation: Certain treatments require a prior medical consultation to assess suitability. Our doctors reserve the right to recommend alternative treatments or to decline to perform a treatment if they determine it is not appropriate for you.
Informed consent: Before any medical procedure, you will be asked to provide informed consent. This will include an explanation of the treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks and side effects, alternatives, and aftercare requirements. Treatment will not commence without your signed consent.
Right to refuse: Our medical team reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if they believe it is in your best medical interest, if you have not disclosed relevant medical information, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7. Treatment Results and Expectations
Individual results vary based on factors including age, skin type, health status, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
Any images, testimonials, or before-and-after photographs shown on our website or at the clinic are for illustrative purposes only. They represent individual cases and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.
8. Blood Tests and Diagnostic Services
Blood samples are collected at our clinic by trained medical staff and processed by accredited third-party laboratories in Indonesia.
Turnaround time: Results are typically available within 1-5 business days depending on the panel. While we make every effort to deliver results promptly, we cannot guarantee exact turnaround times as laboratory processing is handled by external partners.
Results review: All blood test panels include a doctor consultation to review and explain results. Consultations can be conducted in person at the clinic, via phone, or via WhatsApp.
Medical advice: Blood test results and doctor recommendations provided at SŌMA are for informational and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by your primary care physician, especially for serious or chronic medical conditions. We recommend sharing results with your regular healthcare provider.
9. Aftercare
You will receive aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment results and may increase the risk of complications.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our
